Weighing in at just under a thousand pages, this book provides the complete coverage that customers have come to expect from a Wrox Press book. And since the book has a tightly controlled focus on VB.NET without other technologies (they're all covered in other Wrox titles), you get an encyclopedia of VB.NET. The "Professional" series of Wrox books are designed for experienced programmers since Wrox also has a "Beginning" level book. This book is for the working programmer who already knows the technology, but needs the details about how that technology works in VB.NET. Make sure you get the Second Edition since there were a lot of changes from the first. Applications: XML, COM+, ADO Great Reference Book! |
