Here at About Visual Basic, the VB 6'ers have always outvoted the .NET'ers. The most recent count from our poll asking the question, "Are you planning to upgrade to VB.NET?" shows 47 percent, by far the largest category, saying "No -- they plan to continue using VB 6 or earlier." You have to add three categories, "Already upgraded -- Loving It!" (13%), "Already upgraded, but I hate it!" (3%), and "Yes -- Planning on it!" (25%) to get close to the number of people who say they are staying with "Old Reliable."
Since the current poll about upgrading to VB.NET has been recording votes over quite a period of time, a new poll has been created to start fresh and see how people are voting now!
