The typical error message that might be displayed is as follows:

The error is usually the result of running Sun's version of Java™. Unfortunately, if this is your case, we can only recommend you try using a machine without the Sun plugin installed. If you would like to try this, please follow these steps to disable the Sun Java™ virtual machine.

1. Press the Start button and select Control Panel.

   

2. Double click the Java Plug-in icon.

   

3. Select the Browser tab, clear the checkbox by Microsoft Internet Explorer, and press the Apply button.

   

   Close all browser windows and return to the previous page.
