If you're taking the Learn Visual Basic .NET 2005 Now course, then check out Lesson 5.

The example program that is being built in the Learn VB course has a problem that needs some sort of program storage to solve. In Lesson 5, we experiment with one way to solve the problem ... serializing the data to a file.

I love your course. Much more understandable than the books and even microsoft labs. I thank god for all the help you;ve been to me. I have a degree in CSS, but I was involved in a helicoptor crash, and then being completely disabled for quite a few years, I concentrated on raising my 2 children. Now they are in college, but the computer scene had passed me by. Until I located your course, which has turned on so many lights for me.
